Our bus departed for Stonehenge at 6:30 am. The ride was about two hours long, but it was well worth the drive! It was a bit gloomy when we arrived two hours later. Seeing something I've only ever read and heard about was beyond words. As the structure has certainly left many before, I found myself full of wonder as we circled the gigantic stones and grounds. About half way around the stones it began to rain. Despite the wind, rain, and the cold it was still an amazing sight to see!
